As commercial projects they’re hotel guest-rooms and sales kiosks.
We build the cabins in our factory. We disassemble, pack and ship them to you, to be reassembled by your builder on your property.
Our Cabin Packages contain pre-built wall sections, an engineered roof and precision cut components. We supply everything that is required; all the hardware, nuts and bolts, screws and nails.
Our cabins are real buildings, in most cases, permits are required (except for our ZIP cabin which is permit-exempt)
Your cabin can be built on a concrete slab, or our wood timber foundation system. Your local soil conditions, codes and site grade will determine the best foundation for your cabin.
We make it our business to assist you in the permitting process. A full set of engineered architectural drawings accompanies all sales to facilitate municipal permitting.
Often a customer will need some customization to their cabin. Bring it on. With our building system we are can make changes and still build smart and efficiently – this means good value for you.
It all started with the Metro Cabin, which evolved to become our Maxwell 16-20. As our customers had special projects, other versions were developed.
